When you are DELINQUENT with your fines and costs your cases will be sent to collections. After your cases have been sent to collection you can no longer make payment on the court's website. Payments may be made directly to the Attorney General as outlined below.
- Call the Attorney General's office at (888) 301-8885
- Online at https://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/Business/Collections/Pay-Online
- Payments can also be mailed to: Ohio Attorney General, P.O. Box 89471, Cleveland, Ohio 44101-6471
**You will need to include your Attorney General account number, social security number or court case number on your payment to ensure your payment is being posted to the correct account.
If your license was suspended for non-payment the suspension will be lifted once your case is paid in full.
If you would like to make a payment on your fines by phone, you can call the Lexis Nexis call center at (866) 895-0198.
